Our Mission

Save lives and relieve the suffering of animals by increasing the number of animals adopted into permanent compatible caring homes; to end shelter killing of healthy animals by placing homeless companion animals into forever homes; to provide education information regarding responsible pet care, training, exercise, socialization and veterinary care; to provide information about and support spay and neuter programs; to provide sanctuary for animals that cannot be adopted.

Our Needs

Fosters

Happy Endings Animal Rescue does not have its own shelter facility. We are a foster based rescue. Our cats are housed at Creature Comforts pet shop (269 Cole Ave in Pinedale, WY) and in foster homes throughout the Pinedale and Boulder areas. Our dogs are with foster families that provide the love, training and vetting they need while waiting for their forever homes. We are always in need of new foster volunteers!

Donations

As a non profit rescue we have a great deal of financial responsibilities to make sure all of the animals that come into our rescue receive the best vet care, food, bedding, toys and time they need. Upon intake all of our animals are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, chipped and given a clean bill of health by a vet before they are posted for adoption. All of this comes at a cost. Adoption fees and donations are used to help cover these costs for each animal in our care. Hit the donate now button to learn more about helping out your local Sublette County animal rescue!

Our Own Facility

A long term goal of Happy Endings Animal Rescue is to someday secure our own facility where our animals can be housed and cared for. A place where adopters could visit and interact with homeless animals in Sublette County. A soft place to call home while they await their forever families! We are continually working towards raising the money needed to make this dream and long term goal a reality. Keep your eyes peeled for fun community fundraising events in the future!
